Welcome to JR Estates

Established in 1998, JR Estates are one of the market leaders in Selly Park and we have a broad knowledge of the lettings market in Birmingham and Sandwell. Our friendly and personable team ensure customer satisfaction, be it tenant or landlord – this is the core principle of JR Estates.

Originally establishing a base in Edgbaston, we built a loyal base of landlords and tenants who were impressed with our hands-on work ethic and interactions. Having outgrown our office on the Hagley Road, we expanded to Bearwood in 2010 and this helped us reach new tenants and landlords, whilst keeping our service levels at an excellent standard.

In 2013, we made the switch to Selly Park, where we have further established ourselves and opened us up to a new area of Birmingham. Having been based in different economic and social areas of this vibrant city, we have gained vast expertise in the lettings and property management market in Birmingham.
